Motorized Live Roller Accumulator
24VDC brushless MDR · Zero-pressure accumulation · 15″–33″ WBF · 60–200 FPM
Standard Specifications
Bed — 15″, 21″, 27″, and 33″ WBF; 7″ deep x 1½″ x 12 gauge powder painted channel frame.
Rollers — 1.9″ diameter x 16 gauge galvanized. 7/16″ hex axle, ABEC-1 bearings. 3″, 4″, or 6″ centers.
Motor Rollers — 24VDC brushless. Accumulation, dynamic braking, slug unload, reverse, and variable speed standard.
Zones — 18″, 24″, 30″, or 36″ zone lengths.
Speed — 60 to 200 FPM standard.
Capacity — 100 lbs. per motor roller (product type and speed dependent).
Optional Equipment
30, 45, 60 and 90 degree curves. Right angle transfers. Complete electrical control system. Power supply sold separately (120VAC to 24VDC).
Belted MDR Zones — Optional belted motorized drive roller zones are available for improved product contact, smoother zone control, and applications where a belt surface is preferred over individual tread rollers.
Poly-V Driven Rollers — Optional Poly-V driven rollers are available for quiet, efficient roller-to-roller power transfer with positive tracking and reduced routine drive maintenance.
190MRA Available Options.
Both options are factory-installed configurations specified at the time of order. The Poly-V photograph shows a section with side guards removed to display the drive arrangement.
A belt surface is installed over the motorized drive rollers, providing full product support across the zone and smoother zone-to-zone transitions. The right choice for small-footprint products, fragile items, or applications where roller gaps in a standard MDR would be a concern.
Poly-V ribbed belts link adjacent rollers for quiet, efficient roller-to-roller power transfer with positive tracking and reduced routine drive maintenance. This configuration is an alternative to standard O-ring or flat belt inter-roller drives and is specified for applications where drive noise and maintenance interval matter.
