Food & Beverage Conveyor Systems.
Belt and roller conveyor equipment with washdown-appropriate configurations — white nitrile belt, wire mesh belt, and multiple drive options.
Built for Food Demands.
ACSI manufactures belt and roller conveyor equipment with material options and configurations well-suited to food processing, food packaging, and beverage operations. We work closely with plant engineers and our distributor network to match belt materials, frame configurations, and drive arrangements to your washdown, sanitation, and operational requirements.
The most commonly requested option for food and beverage applications is white nitrile belt — available across our LPB medium duty and HPB heavy duty slider bed conveyor lines in smooth top or rough top surface configurations. White nitrile is an appropriate belt choice for operations where product contact surface cleanliness and visibility matter, and where periodic cleaning is part of the standard operational routine. Brown nitrile rough top is also available. Our belt conveyor frames are powder-painted formed steel; alternative finishes and frame materials are available as custom options for specialized applications — contact the factory.
For applications where drainage is a requirement — wet washdown environments, produce operations, or lines where liquid contact with the belt surface is expected — our 190RB roller bed belt and 190RBW wire mesh belt conveyor are appropriate options. The 190RBW runs a wire mesh belt over roller bed, allowing liquid to pass through. The 190RBW-S (medium duty belt over roller) and 190RBI inclined roller bed variant are also in the product line for applications requiring elevation change.
Belt widths across the LPB and HPB lines range from 8″ to 36″ (24″ standard maximum on the LPB, 36″ on the HPB). Belt speeds are 60 FPM constant standard, with variable speed available as a factory option. Drive configurations include end drive, center drive, side mounted, and overhead — providing flexibility to work around overhead clearances and floor obstructions common in food plant environments.
For product accumulation, our 190MRA MDR zero-pressure accumulator is appropriate for packaging lines where products need to queue gently without contact pressure. The 24VDC brushless motor rollers are enclosed units and the system eliminates the need for a continuous drive chain running the length of the conveyor. Zone widths from 15″ to 33″ belt face; speeds 60–200 FPM. White nitrile belt is available as an option on the 190MRA when specified.
ACSI works with our distributor network and your plant engineers to specify the right equipment configuration — belt material, width, length, drive type, and elevation — for your operation. Standard catalog models with factory options cover most applications. When your requirements call for something outside the standard range, engineered-to-order and modified standard equipment options are available. Contact an ACSI distributor or call 870-732-5050 to discuss your application.
